We began our weekend in Prague with a climb up Powder Tower. Prague has many beautiful towers, which all offer excellent views of the city. From the tower, we enjoyed walking through the city, soaking up the sun.

We wandered across Charles Bridge, stopping to look at the market stalls selling local jewellery and crafts. My favourite were the copper enamel rings, with all sorts of sweet designs. The bridge was very busy, a popular spot for tourists, but definitely worth battling the crowds for. We crossed towards the old town, Prague Castle looking very elegant on the hill in the distance.  We stopped for dinner at Vegan’s Prague, an amazing restaurant in Mala Strana.

The next day, we headed for Prague Castle. We started with a fresh fruit smoothie, which tasted as good as it looked! The climb up the hill was hard in the heat, but the views from the top were totally worth it. All the buildings are so amazingly old!

Our final stop before heading to the airport was Lesser Town Bridge Tower.
